Once you have selected a specific model on our website, you can check the availability of each size and colour, including current estimated delivery dates, by clicking ‘Buy’. Bikes available ‘From stock’ are usually in storage at Canyon.Factory. Before delivering a bike to Australia, we need to make some adjustments, including switching the brakes. This will add a few days onto the shipping dates.. If the bike you were looking for is sold out please get in touch with our service centre and one of our experts will be happy to help you find the right alternative. Contact Us

All Canyon bikes are completely assembled, adjusted and test ridden by expert mechanics. To ship, we remove certain components such as the wheels, seatpost, pedals, and handlebar, attaching them securely to your bike’s frame. Once delivered, assembling your bike is a quick and simple process using the tools and instructions we provide. E-bikes are delivered with the battery charged to 30%.

The estimated delivery dates on our website apply to the time that you opened the page.
If you have already ordered your bike, the date of delivery on your order confirmation applies. If there is a change to the delivery date, we will inform you by email and send you a revised order confirmation.

Bikes marked as 'Available from stock' on our website are usually in storage at Canyon.Factory. Before delivering a bike to Australia, we need to make some adjustments, including switching the brakes. This will add a few days onto the shipping dates. Once shipped, deliveries take 2-3 weeks.
Please be aware that these bikes are not kept in our showroom in Koblenz, so it’s not possible to buy them on-site.

If no one is at your address when your order is delivered, the delivery service will leave a note in your post box. Your order must then be retrieved from the indicated shipping centre within seven days. Please be sure to bring a photo ID when retrieving your order. An authorised person can also pick up the package in your place.

We ship E-Bikes to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Please note that we only offer E-Bike servicing to people living in these countries. If you import your bike into another country (e.g. when moving house), we cannot send replacement E-Bike parts to you or collect your E-Bike for servicing.

All Canyon bikes are shipped as illustrated and described – selecting alternative component configurations is not currently possible. A quick tip: on bikes with traditional handlebars with non-integrated stems, you can order a stem with a different length when you buy your bike. To change your bike’s fit, just swap out the stem during assembly.

You can easily do this yourself right up until shortly before your order is shipped, there are two options:

I have a MyAccount:
Log in to your MyAccount and click on 'Order history'. There you can change your order directly. -
I do not have a MyAccount:
Without a MyAccount, go to the Canyon order tracking page and enter your order number and email address. Your chosen order will then appear, and you can change it there.

You can come by our showroom in Koblenz at any time during our opening hours and without registration. Occasionally there may be waiting times, but registration is not necessary.

During your visit to the showroom in Koblenz, you can park either directly in front of the Canyon Home or in the neighbouring Contel multi-level car park. You can park in the multi-level car park free of charge for three hours if you have your ticket stamped at the showroom entrance. The parking is free of charge in Canyon Home.
