Early May Canyon Belgium will be moving from Leuven to Rotselaar. You can find all informations here.
Early May we will be moving into our new office in Rotselaar (close to Leuven). To be fully operational at this new location as soon as possible, our workshop will be closed
from May 3rd to May 14th.
This implies that the waiting times could be longer than usual in this period. We hope for your understanding and we will do anything we can to limit possible delays.
I have an appointment for the maintenance of my bike in April. Will I have to miss my bike for a longer period because of the move?
If you have an appointment in April, the move will have no or little impact on the waiting time. Once your bike is ready, we expect you will come pick it up as soon as possible. This way, we avoid having to transport your bike to our new building.
Can I still make an appointment for a service or reparation in Leuven before the move?
To schedule an appointment, please fill in the contact form. We will let you know when it will be possible to schedule an appointment and at what location it will be.
What is the new address?
Our new address is Wingepark 16 in 3110 Rotselaar.
If I bring my bike to Leuven at the end of April, will it not be possible to pick it up before mid May?
We will try to avoid this. We will try to finish all bikes entering in April before our move. If your bike is not ready in time (for example, because of a longer delivery term for certain parts), we will get back to you to discuss the possibilities. It's possible we will ask you to pick up your bike.
I need to get an urgent repair. Where can I go?
For urgent repairs please fill in the contact form and add a clear description of the problem. We will get back to you in short notice with an appropriate solution.
I have received a new bike but there is a problem. Where can I go?
We want you to be able to enjoy your new bike as soon as possible. Therefore, please fill in the contact form to report the problem. If possible, please add a photo or video to illustrate the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an appropriate solution.
I want to have my new bike delivered in the service center. Which address do I need to fill in?
To avoid wrong deliveries, we ask you to have your bike delivered at your own address if possible. All instructions and tools are delivered with the bike. If you have questions or problems, you can contact us by phone or by filling in the contact form.
Will the customer service remain accessible?
The customer service will remain accessible according to the normal hours, with the exception of May 6 and 7.
