Our New Bike Day service is designed to get you riding your new Canyon quickly and comfortably when it arrives.
We'll arrange an appointment for you at our HQ in Rotselaar once your bike is delivered.
Let us take care of you and your bike with our special New Bike Day service.
When your bike arrives at our headquarters, we'll unbox and assemble it, charge it (where appropriate) and get it ready for your visit.
During your 30 minute consultation one of our bike experts will:

explain the bike in detail

adjust your bike for a comfortable first ride (this is not a comprehensive bike fit)

set up the suspension (where appropriate)
We'll also guide you around your new bike, show you how to use it and answer any questions you might have.
We can even help you fit any new accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards. So your bike is to ready ride straight away.
*Note: The cost of New Bike Day includes shipping and the protective Bike Guard.
When you’re about to check out your bike, select ‘New Bike Day’ as a delivery option. You’ll then checkout as normal.
When your bike is ready to collect, we’ll email you with a choice of collection times that suit you.
