With Collect & Ride, an expert builds your bike, so all you have to do is ride. Because the expert does all the assembly and setup work, you don’t have to worry about making any mechanical mishaps on your new pride and joy, or getting your hands dirty. This is the most convenient, effortless way to get riding straight out the door.

When your bike arrives at your local Service Partner, they’ll unbox and assemble it, and we’ll send you an email to inform you it’s ready to pick up.

Then just come by and collect your bike.

When you collect, they’ll give you a quick introduction to your bike so you can start riding with confidence right away. An expert technician will:

• explain how everything works (gear shifting, braking, lubing your chain, etc.)
• put the pedals on
• provide basic maintenance tips
• set up the suspension (if your bike has it)

*Note: The cost of Collect & Ride includes assembly, adjustment, an introduction to your bike, shipping, and the protective Bike Guard. The service does not include bike fitting.

• Find a local Service Partner

• Step 1 - At checkout, select the ‘Collect & Ride’ delivery option.
• Step 2 - Choose the Authorised Service Partner you want to pick your bike up from.
• Step 3 - Now, all you have to do is wait. As soon as your bike’s ready to collect, the service partner will send you an email – so no need to reach out in advance.

You’ll hear around 5-10 days after the service partner first receives your bike. The order status in your Canyon account will also be updated.
