29 wheel at the front is serious business for speed and stability, 27.5 at the back is fun times for agility and playfulness.

You get the best of both — the haircut is optional.

Yep, we’re going all in for Torque mullets (kind of).

More choices of mixed wheel size Torques means more chances for you to unleash your inner hooligan.

Geometry adjustment

The two-position Flip Chip geometry adjustment (CF only) offers 0.5 degrees of head tube and seat tube angle adjustment as well as 8mm of BB height difference so you can set your Torque CF exactly how you want it.

Steep seat tube

Get your weight forward for big, seated climbs with a steep 78 degrees seat tube angle (77.5 in LO mode on CF bikes). Combined with the bike’s long reach, you’re perfectly positioned to keep traction even on technical uphills.

Reach out

Getting your weight over the centre of the bike, the Torque’s reach (465 for medium frames) puts you in an aggressive riding positing. You’ll feel ‘at one’ with the bike for superior steering, light touch agility and a roomy climbing position.

Slack headtube

Combined with low-offset forks and long reach, the super-slack headtube angle, 63.5 degrees (or 64 in HI mode), delivers a blend of high-speed stability, confidence when attacking challenging terrain, and responsive handling.

Coil shock-compatible

Coiled and ready to strike.

The Torque CF 8, CF 9 and CF Fabio Wibmer come with coil sprung shocks for epic levels of traction in chunky terrain.

Built-to-last bearings

Stay rad all year round. With our double sealed bearings, your suspension will stay plush longer even when riding through nasty conditions.

Safe and (no) sound

An integrated rubber downtube protector shields the frame from errant rocks and crashes and a moulded seatstay protector does the same. A proprietary chainstay protector with special ridges protects the rest of the rear triangle while also dampening any chain slap.

A tale of two triangles

We want you to be able to swing off the back of the bike without buzzing your butt while rolling over stuff up front. So we combined the front triangle of the Torque 29 with the rear triangle of the Torque 27.5.

But this ain’t no cut and shut. We kept the bottom bracket height for low slung cornering confidence. And made sure the high pivot position to maximise our trademark triple phase suspension kinematics.

Triple phase suspension

Small bump sensitivity, mid stroke support and a progressive ramp for big hits — the Torque is a fast, active bike for fully committed riders. We’ve even dialled in the suspension to decrease the chances of rowdier riders bottoming out, so there’s no end to the sends.

Optimised stiffness and improved durability make the Torque safer and more confidence-inspiring than ever before. We boosted frame strength where it matters and made the bike stable and responsive, without sacrificing traction and forgiveness.

Tested and rated to the same Category 5 as the downhill world cup winning Sender, the new Torque was built to handle the biggest hits.
