Stoic 2

Robust aluminium frame

The Stoic is built around a rugged frame made of 6061-T6 aluminium. We classify it as a category 4 bike – the same level of toughness and durability as our enduro bikes. From pumptrack and trail riding to the occasional jump session: this progressive hardtail can do it all.

Cable routing made easy

Internally routing your rear derailleur and dropper post cables has never been so simple. We do it by including easy-access entry holes on the head tube and exit holes underneath the bottom bracket, and external routing along the chainstays.

Finishing touches from Fabio

The Stoic 2 gets some special paint details from Canyon CLLCTV freerider, Fabio Wibmer. Subtle logos and illustrations reflect his iconic Guardian Angel Torque CF, showcased in the Urban Freeride Lives Chile edit. Stick to the standard artwork or fully customize with a Guardian Angel Sticker Set (available separately).

Bike classification

This category also covers the requirements of categories 1-3. In addition it includes use on very harsh, obstacle-scattered terrain with steep gradients and consequently higher speeds. Regular, moderate jumps pose no problem for experienced riders when using these bikes. Extended and regular use in bike parks and tackling “North Shore” sections should be avoided. Due to increased stresses, these bikes should be checked for damage after every ride. Full suspension bikes with mid-level travel are typical in this category.
