New Bike Day: We assemble your new bike
Have your new bike delivered straight to our Koblenz flagship store for an expert build, set-up and personal introduction from one of our team. This is new bike day, but better.

Our New Bike Day service is designed to get you riding your new Canyon quickly and comfortably when it arrives. We’ll send you a booking link to arrange a convenient appointment to collect your fully built bike once it’s left the factory.
Let us take care of you and your bike with our special New Bike Day service.
Once your bike is ready and you’ve booked an appointment, we’ll transport your new bike from our warehouse, build it in our state of the art workshop and perform all first ride checks ready for you when you arrive.
During your 1 hour consultation one of our bike experts will:

adjust your bike for a comfortable first ride (this is not a comprehensive bike fit)

set up your bike's handlebars and saddle

set up the suspension (where appropriate)
We'll also guide you around your new bike, show you how to use it and answer any questions you might have. We also fit any new accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards. So your bike is ready ride straight away.
Simply add your bike and accessories to the cart, and select ‘New Bike Day’ as the delivery option. You’ll then pay for your order as normal.
When your bike is ready to collect, we’ll email you with a choice of collection times that suit you.

Getting your new bike is a special moment. Make New Bike Day even more special with a personalised build, set up and guide service from one of our experts. Our expert mechanics build your new bike and install any accessories so it’s ready to ride when you collect.

When your bike arrives at Canyon Store Munich, we'll unbox and assemble it, charge it (where appropriate) and get it ready for your visit.
We'll arrange an appointment for you at our Canyon Store Munich once your bike is delivered.
The cost of New Bike Day includes shipping to our Canyon Store in Munich and the protective Bike Guard. Then, during your 1 hour consultation one of our bike experts will:

help you find the right riding position

set up your bike's handlebars and saddle

set up the suspension (where appropriate)
We'll also guide you around your new bike, show you how to use it and answer any questions you might have.
We can even help you fit any new accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards. So your bike is to ready ride straight away.
*Note: The service is not a comprehensive bike fit but includes adjustments such as setting the saddle height.
