Using the Canyon Perfect Positioning System (PPS), you can determine your ideal frame size based on your body measurements. All you need to do is look for your perfect bike on the site and then follow the instructions to find your Canyon size. Learn more about PPS and Canyon's sizing here.
-
-
-
The frame geometry doesn't allow a 29" wheel for frame size XS. A 650b (27.5") wheel gives you a better fit and riding experience.

No. We designed the Spectral:ON’s kinematics with the spring curve of an air shock in mind. Moreover, coil shocks are not ideal in designs that use clevis-mount shock extensions and rockers. The forces transferred (in such a design) to the smaller-diameter damper shafts used in coil shocks is quite high and can lead to shock failures. Air-sprung shocks are better suited to this design because they utilize larger-diameter damper shafts that better withstand those forces and thereby increase shock life.
-
-
-
We fine-tuned the suspension kinematics (including a new rocker design) to give you more useable travel and greater tuning options.

We ship all Grail:ON bikes together with a Bosch Compact Charger. A full charge for the 500 Wh battery takes around 8 hours.
-
-
-
According to Bosch, a precise life span is impossible to forecast. The battery’s service life will depend mainly on the nature and duration of the stress to which it is subjected.
Maximising the lifespan of your battery is simple.
Store the battery in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight at a room temperature of around 15° to 20° C.
If you don’t ride for a while, leave the battery charged between 30% and 60%.
And ideally, charge the battery at room temperature.

-
The Grail:ON has 2 standard bottle cage mounts.
You can find a wide range of bottle cages and bottles on the Canyon webshop.
-
-
-
Yes! The Grail:ON's all-terrain ability and speed make it a good choice for commuting, especially over longer distances or if you like to mix up the terrain on your commute to avoid busy roads.
Of course, if you have to leave your bike locked outside when you’re in the office, we suggest getting a robust, sturdy lock for maximum security.

Speed, terrain and total weight (rider + bike + luggage) all affect the total distance you can cover.
In general, you can expect a range of around 110 km for a total weight of 95 kg travelling at 20 kph over mixed terrain.
See the Bosch Range Calculator for more information.

Mudguards: yes, you can mount them. The Grail:ON has mudguard mounts, and we have specially designed our own mudguard set for the bike. You can find it on the Canyon webshop. Shop Grail:ON mudguards:
2XS-S (27,5")
M-2XL (28")
Pannier rack: there are no mounting points for a pannier rack. However, advances in modern bikepacking bag design mean you really don’t need one. We have partnered with Topeak to come up with a lightweight and rugged bike packing setup tailored to the Grail. You can find them here:

Yes! The bike's drop-bar design and road-influenced geometry make it a good choice for road riding, especially on poor, broken road surfaces.

A SHIMANO STEPS E8000 is expected to last 1000 charging cycles. However, how you ride and store your E-Bike will impact the battery lifespan.
You might need a new battery if you find your battery no longer reaches it's usual capacity after charging.
-
-
-
The Neuron:ON is supplied with a 2M charger.
Fully drained to 80% charges in 4 hours.
Full drained to 100% charges in 7.5 hours.
You can also upgrade to a faster 4M charger to half the total charge time.
-
-
-
Your E-Bike will arrive with a very small amount of charge. It's important you fully charge the battery before use.
-
-
-
It’s impossible to give a definitive answer to this question since the range (on any e-bike) depends on several factors including the temperature outside, your weight, your cadence, how you use the power modes, how much you are climbing, etc.
In our own testing, we’ve found the maximum possible range for our SHIMANO STEPS E8000-equipped bikes to be 100 kilometers in “Eco” mode.
