Repairs and servicing at Canyon Factory Service, Koblenz
Welcome to Koblenz
Canyon Factory Service is our flagship workshop, offering you expert servicing and Canyon know-how in the heart of Germany.
Need a small fix? New tyres fitted? Just pop-in, grab a coffee and we’ll get you up and riding as quickly as possible. You’ll need an appointment for complex bike issues and regular services.
A well-serviced bike is a problem-free bike
All bikes need to be serviced at least once a year (twice if you ride regularly) to ensure they’re road or trail safe. Regular servicing will check and replace worn components and prevent minor issues becoming critical.
Book an appointmentWalk-ins for emergency repairs
Emergency repairs are available Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00. We consider emergency repairs to be:
-
Flat tyres and punctures
- Snapped chains and loose bolts
- Small adjustments to gears and brakes
While we try to have you riding again quickly, you can expect a wait during busy periods.
Book an appointment for complex repairs
You’ll need to book an appointment for tricky topics so we can guarantee you a slot in the workshop. Complex repairs, annual servicing or warranty problems all need more time, however, we’ll be in regular contact to ensure you’re back on your bike as soon as possible.

It’s important you get the best service for your bike. Our inspection prices don’t include parts and additional repairs that might arise from an inspection. The pricing below is a base cost and we’ll be in touch with a tailored quote once your bike has been inspected.
As a general rule of thumb you should allocate around 10% of your bike’s original price to annual servicing spare and wear parts to prolong your enjoyment of your bike.

A clean bike is a fast (to service) bike
It’s always easier to service a clean bike. While we don’t expect you to take your bike apart and clean everything with a toothbrush, please do ensure your bike is free from caked mud and dried salt before you drop it in.
