Engineered enduro

An impressively light 2.45kg CFR carbon frame maximises agility and power to weight advantage. But thanks to optimised stiffness and composed, stable geometry the Strive:ON delivers heavyweight capability on the trail.

End to end performance

More stiffness doesn't translate to more speed. Engineered compliance in the seatstay and chainstay helps tune out trail chatter and increase rear wheel traction, while a stiffer front triangle ups rider confidence and front end trust when riding at race pace.

Mullet wheels

For traction, control and stability, there’s only one wheel size that’ll do when it comes to E-Enduro. And that’s both. In every test, we found mullet to be the optimal set-up for hard riding without compromising stability.

Composure:on point

The Strive:ON is smooth and stable at warp speed thanks to a 170 mm fork partnered up with 160 mm of rear travel. This combination hits the mark for enduro duties and mates perfectly with the roomy reach and slack 63.5 degree head tube angle.

Clean climbing

Slay the steepest ramps and clean the most technical climbs. The 78 degree seat tube angle and 445 mm chainstay keeps rider weight centred uphill. And with a slightly higher BB you’re less likely to have troublesome/missed pedal strikes.

Epic kinematic

Our Triple Phase Suspension principle delivers 160mm of ultra-controlled rear travel. Enhanced small bump sensivity improves traction and comfort. A stable midstroke helps riders pump and generate more speed, and the end stroke progression shrugs off harsh hits at race speed.

Rapidly reliable

The Strive:ON CFR is designed with input from our world class racers and team mechanics. We’ve taken inspiration from the brutally challenging realm of enduro motocross and married durability and reliability with on-frame innovations. So you can wrench less and ride more.

Bump and slide

Tough technical courses make rock and root collisions inevitable but that shouldn't take you out of contention. Heavily inspired by motocross skid plates, the motor cover has a railed design to keep your motor running, your chainring safe and help you slide over trail obstacles.

Silent frame protection

We developed robust frame protectors with our EWS mechanics to shield your bike from the worst racing has to throw at it. They also happen to dampen the sounds of chain slap, rock impacts and trail chatter to keep your head in the game.

Hardcore hardware

Originating from our world beating Sender CFR downhill bike, replaceable thread inserts and double sealed bearings include our proprietary grease fill. All of this helps the Strive:ON CFR survive everything from mechanical mishaps to a punishing season of riding.

Storage without the strap

Two mounting bosses under the top tube provide a fixing point for our frame storage bag. Carry all your enduro essentials without a strap marring your paintwork.

A decade of speed

Marking 10 years of working with MTB legend Fabien Barel, our flagship Strive:ON CFR LTD features a special edition artwork and dream level spec created in collaboration with one of the sport's all-time greats. Just like the rider, the Strive:ON CFR LTD takes an obsessive approach to performance and is equipped with the competition optimised Bosch CX Race motor.

Bosch Powertube battery

The Bosch Powertube battery slides securely into a lightweight, Canyon designed, cradle inside the frame using the proven Bosch rail mount latch. The battery itself can be charged on or off the bike with the same charger and socket.

We’ve specced the new Strive:ON with a choice of battery options to give you maximum range with the 750 Wh or lower weight and enhanced agility of the 625 Wh.

Clutter free display

Efficiently integrated into the top tube, the control centre puts all battery and motor functions within easy glance. Power on and off, select your battery mode and get quick feedback on your battery levels with this neat, simple design.

Fingertip controls

Minimally designed and perfectly positioned next to the grip, the bluetooth mini remote put all battery and motor functions within easy reach. Select your mode, switch into walk mode (and the super useful hill hold), and control a display (not included) without taking your hands off the bars.

Locked and tracked

The Bosch eBike connect module on Strive:ON gives you unparalleled, built in security. Whenever the bike senses movement while the system is switched on it will use its audible and visual alarms to alert people nearby. And once parked and locked, you can see the location of your bike in the Bosch eBike Flow app.

Navigation and route planning

Plan your routes directly in the eBike Flow app for reliable, and ride-specific navigation. You can even use the bluetooth mini remote to control a display (not supplied) without taking your hands off the bars.

Tracking stats and total control

The eBike Flow app connects you to your bike — and your bike to the digital world. Use the app to monitor and control all functions of the smart system, which connects the drive unit, control unit and battery. You can also customise your Strive:ON, enhance it and store all your riding data.
