Canyon Refer-a-Friend program

This Terms and Conditions sets out the provisions under which the Referrer and the Friend/Referee will be able to gain benefits under the Canyon Refer-a-Friend program.

1.1. Referrer can be every existing CANYON customer who was invited to the Refer-a-Friend program by CANYON. CANYON will invite the customer in its sole discretion, the customer cannot claim to be part of the program. Only private persons will be invited to the Refer-a-Friend program.

1.2. Friend/Referee can be everyone who creates his/her first order for the www.canyon.com web shop with the referral link provided by the Referrer. The Friend/Referee must be a new CANYON customer. Existing customer which creates a second account or who provides a second order cannot be part in the Refer-a-Friend program.

1.3. The Referrer and the Friend/Referee must be located in a country were www.canyon.com web shop is accessible except United States of America, Canada and Great Britain. It is not possible to invite a friend in other countries.

1.4. The Referrer and the Friend/Referee cannot be the same person.

2.1. The Referrer can share the referral link to up to five friend. The Referrer shall use the referral link only forpersonal and non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to publish or distribute the referral link (e.g. via Social-Media-Posts).

2.2. The Referrer must comply with any existing and future “SPAM”-laws. The distribution of bulk emails is strictly prohibited. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Refer-a-Friend program.

2.3. The Referrer will be able to invite a maximum of five friends.

2.4. The referral link will be valid for six months from the day the Referrer received his invitation to the CANYON Refer-a-Friend program.

2.5. The referral link can only be used five times, even if the link has been shared with more than five friends.

3.1.1. The benefits for the Referrer are subject to an order by the Friend/Referee in the www.canyon.com web shop which complies with the preconditions set out in Section 4.1.

3.2.1. The Referrer will receive a voucher of 800 DKK for orders in the http://www.canyon.com web shop containing a bike. There is no minimum order volume. The voucher is not valid for products in the outlet section of the http://www.canyon.com web shop. The voucher will only be distributed once after the first successfull referral even if multiple friends are referred.

3.2.2. The voucher is only valid for the respective Referrer and cannot be transferred to another person.

3.2.3. The voucher will be provided after the Friend made a respective purchase order on the www.canyon.com web shop. The transmission of the voucher can take up to 30 days. From the order date.

3.2.4. The Referrer will not receive the voucher if the Friend/Referee makes use from his 30-days return right granted by CANYON.

3.2.5. The voucher has a validity of six months from the day of receipt. The voucher cannot be used retroactively.

3.2.6. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and resale of the ordered goods is prohibited.

4.1.1 It must be the Friends first order on the www.canyon.com web shop. The order must contain at least one bike.

4.1.2 The delivery address must be in a country were www.canyon.com web shop is accessible except United States of America, Canada and Great Britain.

4.1.3 The discount is granted if the Friend accesses the www.canyon.com web shop via the referral link and provides his order in the same browser session. It is not possible to take part in the Refer-a-Friend program later or with a direct link to www.canyon.com.

4.2.1 The Friend will get an 800 DKK discount for orders in the http://www.canyon.com web shop containing a bike. There is nominimum order volume.

4.2.2 The discount can only be granted within the validity period of the referral link.

4.2.3 The discount will be granted automatically. There will be no voucher or discount code.

4.2.4 The discount is only valid for the respective Referee and cannot be transferred to another person.

4.2.5 Any discounts granted under the Refer-a-Friend program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. The voucher is not valid for products in the outlet section of the www.canyon.com web shop.

4.2.6 The discount cannot be granted retroactively.

4.2.7 The discount cannot be redeemed for cash and resale of the ordered goods is prohibited.

5.1. CANYON is entitled to exclude customers from the Refer-a-Friend program in case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. CANYON is entitled to change the Terms and Conditions or to terminate the Refer-a-Friend program in its sole discretion. The termination of the Refer-a-Friend program will not affect any existing voucher.

5.3. The CANYON General Terms and Conditions will apply to any order made under this Refer-a-Friend program.
