New Bike Day is available in Spain
Our New Bike Day service is designed to get you riding your new Canyon quickly and comfortably when it arrives.
We'll arrange an appointment for you at our Canyon Factory Service (CFS) in Tres Cantos once your bike is delivered.
Let us take care of you and your bike with our special New Bike Day service.
When your bike arrives at our headquarters, we'll unbox and assemble it, charge it (where appropriate) and get it ready for your visit.
The price includes the Bike Guard and delivery to our CFS. Then, during your 1 hour consultation one of our bike experts will:

welcome you to the Canyon family

explain the features of your new bike in detail

adjust your bike for a comfortable first ride (this is not a comprehensive bike fit)
We'll also guide you around your new bike, show you how to use it and answer any questions you might have.
We can even help you fit any new accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards. So your bike is to ready ride straight away.
*Note: The cost of New Bike Day includes shipping and the protective Bike Guard.

When your bike is ready to ship we’ll email you to set up your appointment.

When your bike arrives at Canyon Store Munich, we'll unbox and assemble it, charge it (where appropriate) and get it ready for your visit.
We'll arrange an appointment for you at our Canyon Store Munich once your bike is delivered.
The cost of New Bike Day includes shipping to our Canyon Store in Munich and the protective Bike Guard. Then, during your 1 hour consultation one of our bike experts will:

help you find the right riding position

set up your bike's handlebars and saddle

set up the suspension (where appropriate)
We'll also guide you around your new bike, show you how to use it and answer any questions you might have.
We can even help you fit any new accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards. So your bike is to ready ride straight away.
*Note: The service is not a comprehensive bike fit but includes adjustments such as setting the saddle height.
