The Cycle Show, London
The Cycle Show and London Ebike Festival was held at the iconic Alexandra Palace, and it did not disappoint! Thank you to everyone that visited our exhibition booth or demo area and came to say hi. It was a fantastic opportunity to show off our latest bikes, including the Spectral:ON and even some special limited edition models.
Mr Penfold is a renowned and distinctive artist with his own unmistakeable palette and style, brought his style together with RIDE UNLTD, custom painting a Canyon Commuter:ON during the show.
Following on from the show, we will then build the bike up as an exclusive one-off-model which will be raffled online with all proceeds going to World Bicycle Relief.

Our latest range of bikes will be able to view on the Canyon stand, from the Spectral:ON to the Aeroad and everything in between. There may even be something new to check out. The Canyon Crew will be on hand to answer any questions you have about your next Canyon. As well as this we’ll be taking part in the Bikeradar Jaw Droppers display. Make sure you don’t miss what is on display there, legendary would be an understatement.
Cyclist Track Day Sessions
Lee Valley VeloPark is home to one of the fastest and most fun circuits out there, with perfect tarmac and right next to the iconic Olympic Velodrome. There is no better way to try out the latest bikes from the Canyon range!
Over the weekend we met with numerous avid cyclist all eager to test the latest road and gravel bikes we had to offer. The clear winner being the Aeroad, Grail and Endurace. Make sure to sign up to our newsletter for news of all the latest releases.
Tour of Cambridgeshire (10th – 12th June)
After a 2-year hiatus, The Tour of Cambridge was back on the events schedule, and it did not disappoint. With thousands of excited riders attending the event, it provided an incredible atmosphere for everyone involved. Thanks to everyone that came along to the demos or took part in the ride outs. It was great to see so many people and show off our amazing road and gravel range. Make sure you sign up to the newsletter to stay up to date with everything Canyon.
Goodwood Festival of Speed (23rd – 26th June)
An amazing time was had by the Canyon UK team at the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed. With thousands of petrol heads attending the event, it gave us an amazing opportunity to get out there and showcase all things Canyon to a new audience.
We had an impressive selection of bikes on display, ranging from our stage winning Aeroad, to our Troy Lee Designs Canyon Sender. Thanks to Canyon Ambassador and WRC Driver Elfyn Evans, we even had a Toyota Yaris GR in full a Canyon CLLCTV rally livery to check out.
On display we had our custom painted Commuter:ON which was painted live at The Cycle Show by Mr Penfold! A small donation was required to enter a raffle to win the bike, which also got you a free coffee from our Canyon branded Rocket Espresso machine. Thanks for everyone that entered the raffle, we raised a great deal going to an amazing cause, World Bicycle Relief.
Grinduro Wales (23rd – 24th July)
Grinduro Wales was an incredible gathering of gravel racers, fans of the outdoors and those who like to party. As host of Grinduro Wales, working with organiser Northern Consultancy Co we went big on contributing to giving each attendee a memorable experience.
Gravel fans were able to discover our full range of gravel bikes over at Canyon. With everything from the Grail through to Grizl Trail on display, there was something for everyone to add to their wishlist.
Out on the course, we debuted our Mobile Gravel Unit. A bespoke setup to aid riders out in the wild, it's equipped with a full mechanical support setup. Racers appreciated a coffee and a bite to eat whilst out in the wilderness, just what you need after a Grinduro timed stage!
On Sunday morning, attendees enjoyed a Q+A with Canyon Ambassadors Liam Yates and Dalila Lecky whilst eating their meal at the Canyon Breakfast Club.
All in all, Grinduro makes for an experience that is second to none.
Ard Rock Enduro (29th – 31st July)
Ard Rock Enduro was a wild weekend of riding, music and partying, proving to everyone why it holds the title of UK’s #1 MTB festival! It brought riders together from all over the country, riding the rocky trails of the beautiful Swaledale area of the Yorkshire Dales, exclusively open to the festival.
The fans could come and meet the team and discover the full range of mountain bikes at the Canyon tent. There was a bike there for everyone, from the Spectral 125 all the way through to the Sender.
On Saturday evening, once the racing had finished, the Canyon CLLCTV party began! We hosted a bunch of games including long and high jump competitions, had loads of Canyon merch to give away and even had Canyon branded beer!
Overall, it was another awesome weekend, it was great to meet so many likeminded people and fans of the brand.
Raider’s Gravel, Galloway, Scotland (26th – 28th August)
With its amazing views, incredible routes and great vibes, Raiders Gravel did not disappoint. Held within the heart of the Galloway Forest Park in Southwest Scotland, the riders and fans of gravel were treated to a vast range of parkours over the 3 stages, taking in the best that southwest Scotland as to offer. Whether you were racing, trying to take the title, or just taking in the views, the riders left the event with a big smile on their face, hungry for more next year.
As well as the riding, each evening had a selection of events, from talks to music. Canyon fans were also given the chance to come and checkout our gravel range and speak to the Canyon team.
King’s Cup, Suffolk (23rd – 25th September)
The weekend featured a serious level of racing as the British Gravel Champ title was decided at The King’s Forest, Suffolk. The fast course made for some very exciting racing. Albeit mainly flat it included a good number of technical sections, testing rider’s skills whilst on the physical limit.
The Sunday was the day of the Gravel Fondo, giving riders a chance to enjoy the forest at a more enjoyable speed, taking in the beauty and enjoying the sunshine.
It was great to meet and talk to so many riders, showing off our Gravel range and offering the opportunity to take bikes out on demo. The demo loop was roughly a 40-minute ride and provided the chance to use the bike in its natural habitat
It was a great event and something we a thrilled to be a part of. We’re looking forward to next year.
Canyon CLLCTV Sessions | Peaslake (15th October)
We're headed to the heart of the Surrey Hills, Peaslake, the epicentre of mountain biking in south east England. With a wide range of Canyon mountain bikes in attendance, it's the perfect opportunity to try out your dream Canyon and get a feel for what’s in store when it arrives! Also, treat yourself to a cheese straw from the world famous Peaslake Village Stores, it’s on us.
We will be based out of the Peaslake Memorial Hall Car Park, along with Wahoo who will be there on hand with their latest watches and pre-loaded bike computers to guide you to the best trails to make sure you get the most out of your demo.

Rouleur Live | The Truman Brewery, London (3rd-5th November)
We are excited to be attending this year’s Rouleur Live! Come and join the stars of the sport and get the chance to see a unique collection of the most iconic Canyon bikes ever raced.
We are thrilled to confirm the attendance of Canyon SRAM’s Kasia Niewiadoma, legend from the women’s peloton, multiple world tour race winner and team lead at the Tour De France Femmes. She will be with us amongst other big names from Canyon.
