Torque 29 CF 9

Extreme durability

This robust full-carbon frame can take anything you throw at it – from all-action enduro racing to all-day sessions at the bike park jump line. It fulfils our category 5 testing criteria reserved for our toughest bikes, including the Sender (downhill) and Stitched (dirt/jump). Industrial-grade double-sealed bearings keep dirt and moisture out, and replaceable thread inserts increase the bike’s longevity.

Adjustable frame geometry

If you want to take the Torque’s incredible versatility to an even higher level, you can adjust the frame geometry using the flip chip located at the seatstays. Pick between two positions: LO and HI. We ship the Torque in LO setting. When you turn the chip by 180 degrees, the head tube angle and seat tube angle get 0.5° steeper (64° and 78° respectively), and the bottom bracket height increases by 8 mm, for more ground clearance and direct handling.

Internal cable routing

The Torque’s cables run through plastic channels inside the frame, keeping everything clean, slick, and protected from the elements. This stops rattling, and makes changing brake lines simple – they run directly from the entry hole at the head tube, straight to the exit hole at the seatstays.

Bike classification

These bikes can be used by technically adept and experienced riders to tackle very challenging, extremely steep terrain with a high number of obstacles. In this category, big jumps are to be expected as well as intensive use in bike parks or on downhill courses. It is essential that these bikes are fully examined for any potential damage after every ride. Further use when using damaged parts could lead to a major component malfunction. In addition, safety-relevant parts should be replaced at regular intervals. Wearing appropriate protective gear is absolutely essential. This category includes long-travel full-suspension bikes as well as dirt bikes.
