Order a repair kit

We’ll send the repair kit after we have received your request and based on availability. The first batch of repair kits will be available in mid December.

We need you to give us:

  • some details of your bike
  • your contact information and shipping address
  • your payment details so we can cover the cost of the repair

For the inspection and repair we will reimburse you 100 EUR (or the equivalent in your local currency). Please note the refund will take about 4 weeks.

Please get in touch with our customer service centre to identify your bike.

You’ll need to let them know your customer number and any other information relating to the bike and your order.

Your customer number and order number can be found by logging in to your account and also on the original invoice.
