When your bike arrives at Canyon Factory Service, we'll assemble it and fit any accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards so it’s ready for your first ride.

During your appointment one of our bike experts will:

• welcome you to the Canyon family
• explain the features of your new bike in detail
• adjust your bike for a comfortable first ride (this is not a comprehensive bike fit)

*Note: The cost of New Bike Day consists of assembly and introduction of your bike at €90, shipping, and the protective Bike Guard. The service is not a comprehensive bike fit but includes adjustments such as setting the saddle height.

Simply add your bike and accessories to the cart, and select ‘New Bike Day’ as the delivery option. You’ll then pay for your order as normal.

When your bike is ready to collect, we’ll email you with a choice of collection times that suit you.

The cost of New Bike Day includes shipping to our Canyon Store in Munich and the protective Bike Guard. Then, during your 1 hour consultation one of our bike experts will:

• help you find the right riding position
• set up your bike's handlebars and saddle
• set up the suspension (where appropriate)

We'll also guide you around your new bike, show you how to use it and answer any questions you might have.

We can even help you fit any new accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards. So your bike is to ready ride straight away.
