Who is responsible for handling taxes and customs duties when shipping to a non-EU country, and are there any considerations to keep in mind?
Taxes and duties are included in the price of the bike – no further costs occur upon delivery.
As a customer in New Zealand, before you can get the bike delivered to your door, you have to fill out a Trade Single Window - Client Registration Application form if you have never done so before (only needs to be filled out once). When you complete and email the form to NZ customs, they should clear your bike and it will be delivered directly to you.
