When you send your bike to Canyon for servicing, our expert mechanics will get your bike back in top condition as quickly as possible. For more details on the services available, see the Inspection & Repairs page. In principle, you can get your bike checked by other professional bike mechanics. However, you should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.

We offer service and repairs for Canyon e-bikes in Germany, Austria, Italy, France, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, and Portugal. We can only offer this service in these countries. If you have imported your e-bike into another country, we are not able to send spare parts or collect your bike due to shipping regulations out of our control. You can get information on our e-bike wearing parts service at the E-Bike Replacement Parts Service page.

In this case, the bike or components are usually subject to import charges such as customs duties and import sales tax. If you send the bike within the warranty period, we pay all applicable taxes and import charges. Outside the warranty period, we will charge you for the costs incurred.
If you are returning goods from a non-EU country to a Canyon Service Centre within the EU, it is possible to get duty-free clearance under the following conditions only:
-
The original export of the goods took place within the last three years.
-
You can provide evidence for the original export (proof of export, or an export receipt or invoice with customs stamp).
-
The goods are returned from the original country of delivery.
-
-
-
-
Due to the higher weight of the frame and the force applied by the engine, some parts are subject to wear and may have to be replaced a little earlier than a traditional bike. We recommend you service your E-Bike every 6 months.

The 4iiii powermeters Podiiiium, Precision and Precision Pro usually have a distance of 80mm from the centre of the pod to the BB-axis. This distance would lead to bottlenecks and possible consequential damage or malfunctions on most Canyon road bikes. To prevent this, we have developed a custom version: The 4iiii Precision Custom Powermeter, which is already installed on corresponding bikes during production. For our Canyon bikes we need a distance of 120mm instead of 80mm to avoid narrow spots.
The retrofitting of standard 4iiii powermeters is usually not approved by us. In individual cases it may be that the standard version fits, but in principle this is not the case, so we offer a separate solution.

Our bikes and e-bikes go through many test processes from the idea to development and production and are developed and built exactly for their intended use. If you want to convert your Canyon non-E-Bike to an E-Bike, or if you want to make basic modifications to your Canyon E-Bike, you will have to do so at your own risk. We cannot provide valid test results or empirical values for potential conversions and advise against conversions not directly specified by Canyon. Frame, fork and all other components are designed for a certain power and weight range. Therefore, unplanned modifications can lead to problems or defects.

There are several ways to find the right derailleur hanger for your bike. You can either log in to your MyAccount (if you have already registered separately) and look in your Bike Garage. There you will be shown the right derailleur hanger for your bike. Alternatively, you can also use our derailleur hanger finder. Enter either the serial number of your bike or the part number of your derailleur hanger under the other tab if you still have your old derailleur hanger at hand. This will show you the right derailleur hanger and you can order it directly.
