Can I change my order?
As long as the status is not ‘In picking’, ‘Shipped’ or ‘Delivered’ you can request a change with our customer service team.
They’ll make the following changes for you:
- Cancel all items or single items.
- Change your billing or delivery address.
- Change your payment method to prepayment or credit card.
If you have a Canyon account, you can do this from your order history. Otherwise, you’ll need to track your order using your email address and order number, which you can find on your order confirmation email.
We can also change your payment method to leasing or flexible finance. For this, and any changes not listed here, please message us.
