Most Canyon bikes are not compatible with luggage racks, trailers, child seats or external electronic motors.

The following models are approved for trailers:

More information about suitable trailers can be found here: www.croozer.com

The Commuter models with either integrated cockpit or classic stem and handlebar are equipped with mudguards that can hold pannier bags. Commuter and Urban models are compatible with luggage racks that attach directly to the frame.

The 2010 Yellowstone 3.0 is the only model compatible with rear racks that attach directly to the frame, as well as the 2015 Roadlite. The Yellowstone 29 (up to the 2013 model) and the Grand Canyon AL 29 (from 2014) can accept luggage racks that attach to the rear axle and eyelets located on the seatstays. Seatpost-mounted racks can only be fitted to with aluminium seatposts. The combined weight of the luggage rack including luggage must not exceed 10 kg.

Canyon bikes are not compatible with external electrically driven systems or driven hubs (Rohloff, for example), exception: Urban and Commuter series can be fitted with a Shimano internal gear hub.

In addition, batteries must not be transported in bottle cages.
