Where can I service my Canyon bike?

We recommend your Canyon be serviced by a local professional mechanic, at one of our many Authorized Service Partners, or by our mobile partner Velofix.

Canyon Bicycles USA does not have official service centers. You should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.
