Where can I service my Canyon bike?

We recommend your Canyon be serviced by a local professional mechanic, at one of our many Authorized Service Partners, or by our mobile partner Velofix.

Canyon Bicycles USA does not have official service centers. You should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.

Please briefly describe your understanding of how this issue occurred and when it was first noticed. If safety or integrity of your bike is compromised, we ask that you do not ride it until it is safe.


To process your request, we require the following images:
1. Complete bike, taken from the driveside.
2. Complete bike, taken from the non-driveside.
3. Serial number (this is located under the bottom bracket as a very small QR Barcode).
4. Impacted area(s) in question.
