• Can I customize my bike when I order?

  • All Canyon bikes are shipped as illustrated and described – selecting alternative component configurations is not currently possible. This applies to stems, handlebars, cockpits, seatposts, cranksets and crank lengths, wheelsets, etc.
    
    For Canyon engineered stems, handlebars, cockpits, and seatposts, please see the Gear section of our website for aftermarket purchase. Any non-Canyon parts may be purchased from a non-Canyon supplier.

• How do I find out which size bike I need?

  • Using the Canyon Perfect Positioning System (PPS), you can determine your ideal frame size based on your body measurements. All you need to do is look for your perfect bike on the site and then follow the instructions to find your Canyon size. Learn more about PPS and Canyon's sizing here.

• How do I check current estimated shipping dates and availability when buying a bike?

  • Once you have selected a specific model on our website, you can check the availability of each size and color, including current estimated delivery dates, by clicking ‘Buy’. Bikes available ‘From stock’ will be shipped within a few working days. If the bike you were looking for is sold out please get in touch with our service center and one of our experts will be happy to help you find the right alternative. Contact Us

• What payment methods does Canyon accept?

  • You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal (online only), and Affirm Financing. You can select your preferred payment method as the last step of the online ordering process. For more information, refer to the Payment page.

• Do I have to have my bike serviced by Canyon?

  • We recommend your Canyon be serviced by a local, professional mechanic or our service partner, Velofix. Canyon Bicycles USA does not have official service centers. You should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.

• What kind of warranty do I have on my Canyon bike?
