All Canyon bikes are completely assembled, adjusted and test ridden by expert mechanics. To ship, we remove certain components such as the wheels, seatpost, pedals, and handlebar, attaching them securely to your bike’s frame. Once delivered, assembling your bike is a quick and simple process using the tools and instructions we provide. Canyon Bicycles USA ships to the contiguous United States only at this time.

If no one is at your address when your order is delivered, FedEx will leave a call tag at your door. Your order must then be retrieved from the indicated shipping center within seven days. Please be sure to bring a photo ID when retrieving your order.

We ship E-Bikes to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Please note that we only offer E-Bike servicing to people living in these countries. If you import your bike into another country (e.g. when moving house), we cannot send replacement E-Bike parts to you or collect your E-Bike for servicing.

A bicycle displaying “coming soon” is supported with incoming inventory, which will be available for purchase online once it arrives. Shortly after a bicycle sells out, a “get notified” button will be added to the product page. This will allow you to sign up for an email notification, which will notify you once it, or a similar model, is made available for purchase. We do not process pre-orders, prior to stock posting online. While Canyon strives for complete accuracy, availability is subject to change.
