All Canyon bikes are completely assembled, adjusted and test ridden by expert mechanics. To ship, we remove certain components such as the wheels, seatpost, pedals, and handlebar, attaching them securely to your bike’s frame. Once delivered, assembling your bike is a quick and simple process using the tools and instructions we provide. We recommend your Canyon be serviced by a local, professional mechanic or our service partner, Velofix. Canyon Bicycles USA does not have official service centers. You should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.
