Mavic operates a worldwide service network, where you can directly submit your warranty and service requests.

If you have a problem with a wheel, you can send it directly to Reynolds. In order to do so, you must be registered with Reynolds.

SRAM operates an extensive dealer network and any of these locations can submit a claim on the customers behalf.

If your Canyon has an issue with a component from this manufacturer, the fastest way to resolve it is to work with a manufacturer-certified bike shop. The manufacturer will not work with customers directly. Additionally, Canyon US does not have a workshop of its own to offer bike service to customers.

Canyon Shimano
Shimano empowers all of their Dealers to be able to file warranty claims and will also work directly with customers.
