Bicycle dealers worldwide sell and support SRAM products. If your SRAM, RockShox, Zipp, Truvativ, Quarq or any other product from the SRAM family of brands requires support a dealer can submit a claim on your behalf.

Shimano empowers all of their Dealers to be able to file warranty claims and will also work directly with customers.
If your Canyon has an issue with a component from this manufacturer, the fastest way to resolve it is to work with a manufacturer-certified bike shop. The manufacturer will not work with customers directly. Additionally, Canyon US does not have a workshop of its own to offer bike service to customers.
