    Have your new bike delivered to your front door in our protective Bikeguard.
  • Velofix

    Have your bike delivered to your home or office and Velofix will assemble it for you when it arrives.
Collect your bike assembled
  • New Bike Day at Canyon

    Collect your new bike directly from Canyon, fully assembled and set up by a Canyon mechanic.
  • Collect & Ride

    Have your bike sent directly to your local bike shop to be assembled by an expert. Collect your bike at a time that suits you.

Delivery times and shipping costs

Most orders will be fulfilled and transferred to our logistics partner within 1-3 working days. To ensure your order is delivered safely, the person named on the order will need to show photo ID that indicates they are at least 21 years old.

Items showing as in stock will arrive within the timeframe shown below, your order will ship after payment is made. For out of stock or coming soon items, please check the product page for an estimated delivery date. The best way to track your order is through your Canyon account.

Bikes are delivered in our protective Bike Guard box that is free of charge.

Average delivery time of 3-5 business days. Delivery times are not fixed and can change. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions. Deliveries can only be made to the person named on your order. The person named on the order should be prepared to show photo ID that indicates they are at least 21 years old.

FedEx won’t deliver on weekends or holidays and can’t deliver to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes.

FedEx won’t deliver on weekends or holidays and can’t deliver to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes.

The following bikes will ship via LTL Freight: all ebikes, Speedmax SLX and CFR. For LTL Shipments, FedEx will contact you via SMS text message to schedule a delivery appointment.

For ebikes with an optional battery size upgrade, standard processing times of 3-5 days are required.

MyCanyon orders

As customized bikes are individually painted and hand assembled, it can take on average 8 weeks for your bike to be delivered once you’ve placed the order. You can track the progress of your order in the app or in your Canyon account.

Due to the unique nature of customized bikes, we are unable to accept returns. We’re not able to ship customized bikes to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We’re working on offering customized bikes to these locations in the future.

Shipping insurance and claims

Every delivery is insured during shipping. You should check your delivery immediately for external damage. You must report any damage to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will issue you with a confirmation of your damage report.

When you return your order, enclose this confirmation and a copy of your receipt together with the goods in the original packaging. Before returning the order to us, please contact us by phone so that we can discuss the procedure with you.
