Shortly before the turn of the year, we were the target of a cyber attack. The attack has already been stopped.

Our website is not affected: You can place your orders as usual and safely via the webshop. Unfortunately, however, there will be delays in customer service and delivery in the next few days. At the moment you can only reach us via the online contact form on the website. Telephone and email are not yet working.


We are doing everything we can to minimize the impact of the cyber attack and get back to normal operations as soon as possible. We are very sorry for this incident and apologize that Canyon is not able to offer you the usual standard of service at the moment.
