Flyweight e-MTB carbon chassis

They say you can’t build a featherlight e-MTB that can tackle any terrain. Clearly, “they” haven’t met the Spectral:ONfly, which boasts a 2.7kg carbon frame (size M) that shrugs off whatever you throw its way. Charge with confidence, thanks to trail-tough components and the bike’s plush 160/150mm of front and rear-suspension travel.

Smooth, silent, revolutionary

We’ve paired the lightest, smoothest and most silent drive unit available to the Spectral:ONfly’s cutting-edge, carbon chassis. Weighing an astonishingly lightweight 1,850g, TQ’s HPR50 motor is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand yet doubles your own pedalling power by cranking out an impressive 50Nm of torque and 300W of peak support. It all adds up to an e-MTB that boasts playful handling, stunning looks, and the power to nab more descents and rail more corners than you’ve ever imagined possible.

Go light, go far

The Spectral:ONfly is powered by a lightweight (1,830g) 360Wh battery. We’ve fully integrated that battery within the frame to create the lightest, strongest, and sleekest chassis possible. Though tiny, the TQ’s battery is mighty—letting you nab an impressive 1,000m of elevation gain on a single charge.  Want to ride further still? You can quickly and easily add the optional 160Wh TQ Range Extender and boost your range by 44%.

Playful yet capable

The Spectral:ONfly’s trail-taming capabilities come courtesy of progressive geometry inspired by our award-winning Spectral CF trail bikes. The slack 64-degree headtube, long reach, 440mm chainstays and steep 76.5-degree seat tube instil confidence at speed and help you maintain composure on climbs. The bike’s mullet wheelsize setup levels up agility and control: a 29er front wheel boosts rollover and traction, while the smaller 27.5 rear wheel improves agility and butt-to-tire clearance on steep descents.

More room to get rowdy

When it came to maximising this bike’s manoeuvrability, no detail was too small for our engineers. Case in point, each Spectral:ONfly boasts a super-short seat tube and extra-long dropper posts. This lets you slam the saddle on steep and sketchy descents for more control. Our wide-diameter (34.9mm) dropper posts are uber-durable. What’s more you can easily adjust the amount of available saddle drop by up to 25mm to achieve your perfect fit and function.

Hardcore hardware

The Spectral:ONfly is built to last. Since servicing frame pivot bearings is, frankly, a drag, we’ve equipped the bike with double-sealed bearings filled with proprietary, wash-resistant bearing grease. When it eventually comes time to service your frame’s pivot bearings, we’ve reduced the risk of wrenching mishaps with our innovative, replaceable thread inserts. Brilliant.

Trail through and through

More control. More fun.

We’ve equipped each Spectral:ONfly with K.I.S.—an ingenious spring mechanism housed inside the top tube that helps center your steering. End result? You experience more control on sketchy descents, more grip when its loose, and more fun in rough, off-camber conditions.

Fine tune your handling

You can custom tune how K.I.S. feels—with a simple twist of an allen wrench—to suit your own ride style and conditions. What’s more, K.I.S. is totally maintenance-free, protected from damage, and has a lifetime warranty. Don’t fancy K.I.S.? Each bike comes with an easy to install blanking plate that covers the adjuster slot.

“Wait, this is an e-bike? There were multiple moments on the trail when I forgot I was riding an E-MTB. The bike feels super playful and lightweight. It’s nice to just pedal and not worry about how hard you are working.” — Samantha Soriano, Professional Freeride MTB athlete.

    Bike classification

This category also covers the requirements of categories 1e-3e. In addition, bicycles of this category are suitable for very rough and partly blocked terrain with steep slopes and higher speeds as a result thereof. Regular, moderate jumps by experienced riders are no problem for these bicycles. The regular and durable use of the bicycles on North Shore trails and in bike parks should, however, be excluded. Due to the higher stresses, these bicycles should be checked for possible damage after every ride. Full suspension bikes with medium suspension travel are typical for this category. The E-Bike specific information is mentioned on the CE marking on your bike.
Bikes in this category provide motorised support up to 25 kph. You can ride above 25 kph, just without support.
